We are about to connect the dots.

The workshop is over, but it’s still our time of integration. Think about the processes, your insights, the cards that came to you, and the photos that you took. What is calling for your attention at this time? 

Start a 5-day journey of Joy using the tools of pausing and reflecting. It’s time to define what is joy for me, what it means how it feels, when do I experience it, and how to be more aware of the big and small moments of joy in your life. Use this opportunity to go inside of you and explore your point of view. In the 5 days, we will travel through the series of The Coaching Game and it’s an opportunity to connect with them on a new level.

The lessons will be open one day at a time. Each day you will find:

Find your time of the day and take a pause.

We recommend in the morning, while the day is still waking up and you can have the quiet to be with yourself. Observe the card of the day, read the story from The Coaching Game book look at the series and see other cards that form this series. After your time of inspiration answer the question of the day and do some reflective writing on the 5 days of Joy handout. You can print one per day or add your photos and self wirting directly on the form and save into your computer.
It’s a tune in to yourself.
Continue to take your photo of “What makes me feel joy?” and be curious to see what comes to you every day.
This practice should take no more than 30 minutes and take each day one at a time, no need to rush it.
