The workshop is over, but it’s still our time of integration. Let the commitment you made in front of the group and most importantly to yourself speak through your actions and not words.

 Go back to your wishes, look at your planned items, and your cards, and see that everything is resonating with you. Ask yourself from what state of mind I made them? See are your wishes something you are longing for, that they will create the shift and movement in your life that you need to fly high and make those dreams come true.

Leave the comparisons and judgments behind and let your love in action be the expression of your potential. Remember you have the freedom to always change your plans and actions to what is relevant to you today. We had an amazing workshop and a beautiful time of landing, but our potential waits for us in the ordinary moments of life, in our day to day, expressing ourselves through love in action.

Find your time of the day and take a pause.

We recommend in the morning, while the day is still waking up and you can have the quiet to be with yourself. Observe the card of the day, read the story from the book, and the quote of the day. See how this all links for you to living in your potential and making your wishes come true.

During the upcoming week you will work with your wishes, so plan ahead more time for yourself. Take the cards you chose during the My Life’s Wishlist process as we will continue to work with them. Additionally, we will be working with the 7 days of Making it Happen Handout below. You can print one per day or add your photos and self wirting directly on the form and save into your computer. It’s a tune in to yourself.

Living in Potential starts today and it’s about taking small steps every day. A small tip from us, always check how you are feeling, the actions should be light and inspiring for you, if you feel like a burden and extra workload then maybe something’s not right for you. Be gentle. It’s always good to ask yourself what do you want?
