We are inviting you to use this opportunity for a wonderful personal journey. It will be what you will make of it and the more you devote to it, the more you can gain. It can be light, deep, enlightening, inspiring or simply fun. 

During this 21 days journey, you will have an opportunity to embrace the Flow state of mind in your life. The method of 21 days will support you to build and maintain a new habit of being in the Flow state of mind. The setting and practice for each day will be the same however the content will be different – just like in our day-to-day life. Trust the process and allow yourself get into the flow.

Before we start –

Think about the experience you had during the live session. We shared with you about the Flow tool and flow state of mind. Now it’s time to practice and discover your inner resources and find barriers that maybe it’s time to leave behind.
In case you missed the session or you want to rewatch it, you will find in the next lesson a recording and a short video about us and what is waiting for you. Please watch it before diving into your self-practice.
We will be going through the Flow tool photo cards day by day, with every four days experiencing a different Flow series and resources. We will start with the dream card and move slowly until we reach presence. Additionally for you we have a supporting space only for TrendMicro’s, where we invite you to share about your process, to bond, ask questions and just be.

Morning Practice –

Each morning we invite you you to pause and reflect on the daily mantra and Flow card. Find a comfortable spot where you can meditate to the music, while repeating the daily mantra in your head. Observe the card, and ask yourself: How do they resonate in you? How does it reflect on the process you experienced and the direction you set for yourself? Keep it with you throughout the day.

Evening Practice –

In the evening take time to answer some questions using the attached file below. You can print it or write directly on the digital file and save it on your computer. Check with yourself to see if you are in the right place for yourself. Please answer the daily questions with gentleness and patience. To find and enjoy your Flow state of mind.

Starting Time –

Please keep in mind when you start your journey, this day & time will be your “starting time”. Each day will be available 24 hours from that starting time. For example; if you start on Monday at 9 pm, all days will be released at 9 pm.

If you are ready, take a deep breath, and please continue to the next part to start your journey.

Please take it easy on yourself, go day by day. If for any reason you miss a day, you can continue with the next day or catch up with that day. It’s up to you, just remember to be easy and flow with your intuition. Once you complete your daily flow practice you will move automatically forward to the next day.
