Before we start any process, we start by taking a Pause.

A pause is an invitation to stop, to become centered and present in the moment.
It’s a time to just be with yourself and your thoughts. And even if you might be tempted to skip this step we invite you to take a pause and see how it feels for you.

In Points of You® we take a pause by listening to a piece of music, sitting down (on the chair, with two feet on the ground or on the floor crossed legged). You can take off your glasses and let go of anything that you are holding.
