I have been running my own business for 17 years and I am serving as a business coach, organizational development consultant and as a facilitator. In my journey, I have worked with many leaders and in this workshop I would like to break the leader’s loop of disappointment which I have witnessed a lot for so many times and also myself experienced several times.
