We may even feel a bit frustrated and even worse we might experience some conflict within the organization. Through this workshop we will identify our communication styles and others to see how we can pass our message across to work closely, harmoniously & effectively in your workplace.

Welcome to the Secret for building a positive relationship across the organization workshop.
This is an opportunity to understand yourself as well as your colleagues deeply. It can benefit us to understand how to communicate more effectively and build better and stronger relationships. We spend lots of time communicating with our colleagues but sometimes we didn’t get the response that we expected. We may even feel a bit frustrated and even worse we might experience some conflict within the organization. This workshop is an invitation for understanding yourself and your colleagues better. You will realize your communication style through this workshop. In addition, you will grasp the ideas to unlock the answers to “why people behave the way they do”. Henceforth, we can work closely, harmoniously & effectively in our workplace.
