Pausing and Reflecting

Today we start planning our wishes so that we can make them come true.

Put in front of you the 5 wishes that you wrote down during the Creative Practice Workshop.

Start with the Pause, observe the card of the day, take your wishes with you and fly with them.

Let’s Fly

What is fly for you? Do you prefer to fly by the coast or through the ocean?
Feel the wind on your face and soar up to the sky as flying allows you to see the bigger perspective. And don’t be afraid of the winds, even if they blow too strong they can take you to some unexpected places. Where is the wind blowing today? Choose with which wish you plan to work today and fly with it.

Go to page 38 in the Flow book, read the story, quotes, and questions, observe the photos and define what is Fly for you today.

Everything Is In Your Photos

Time to work with the 7 days of Making it Happen Handout (in the first lesson).

Place the cards from My Life’s Wishlist on the handout. Then look at the 5 photos you took that represent me living to the fullest and choose which one represents this wish for you.
Look at all the images, words and connect with them. Use the card of today for more inspiration. Take your time and fill out the action plan for your wish, make it easy, fun, unexpected, but most of all make it yours. Just fly with it. Your body will tell you what feels right. Enjoy it, express yourself and make your Potential come to life.
